Policy

  1. Return and exchange
     We have a 14-day return / exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return / exchange.
     
  2. To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be in
     the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused,
     with tags, and in its original packaging AND within a 14 day period.
     
  3. Once we process a return, the courier representative will pass by within 7 - 10 working days (Cairo) and may take more than that if your address is not in Cairo.
  4. Returns / exchanges are not eligible for items on MEGA sale (such as Black Friday, Christmas sale, End of season sale...etc.) Also, items bought using a discount code are  considered items that cannot be returned or exchanged.
  5.  NOTE

     Any order that has exceeded the 14-day period will not be eligible to process an exchange or refund! Also, please note that returns / exchanges are not free of charge. Exchange / refunds are for EGP 30 because all items refunded must be washed and iron to ensure the safety of our customers & the hygiene of all the products. If your return / exchange is accepted, we'll send you a courier representative to pick the item up. You can always contact us for any return question through DMs on Instagram

     . Damages and issues
     Please inspect your order upon reception while the courier
     is waiting so that we can send you another piece. If you
     notice a defect while it is still with the tags and the courier
     left, we will send you another piece ( however you'll be paying for the delivery charge )
     3. Exceptions / non-returnable items
     Again, we do not offer exchange or refunds on items bought in
     any events / bazars or on sale items ( e.g. Black Friday, Mega Sale, Christmas sale, End of season sale...etc. )
     . Also, items bought
     using a discount code are considered items that cannot be returned or exchanged.

     Please put into consideration that the delivery fee is mandatory. Whether you'll take the order or not, delivery fees should be paid
